➡️ Weekly workshop sessions (x3) with me in weeks 2, 3 and 4 (1hr, Tuesdays at 7.30pm, replays available). These will look specifically at:
1) Boundaries. With yourself (to overcome self-doubt and the inner critic) and with others (to help with people pleasing, self-esteem and assertiveness).
2) Optimism and Motivation. How to stop feeling negative, helpless, resentful, afraid or confused and master optimism, action and motivation.
3) Building REAL Self-belief and Confidence. 3 simple steps that will create results.

➡️ 1:1 coaching sessions (x2) with me in weeks 5 and 6. This is where you can personalise what you’ve got from the programme so far. We’ll delve into anything that you are finding particularly difficult, feeling stuck on or need my support with. When the programme ends you’ll feel supported, motivated and with a new perspective on how to solve your challenges and start making things happen.
