Not everyone needs the full 9 sessions of resilience coaching. You may have something specific you want to address, work on or change – or an area of life where you feel especially stuck where an intensive focus will help. This session can give you:  

  • A new perspective, especially when you can’t see/think clearly.
  • Proven, effective tools and strategies you won’t have tried.
  • The space to create a plan, identify a solution, remove the obstacle.
  • An injection of what you lack right now, from resilience to confidence, motivation, authenticity, clarity, boldness, self-belief or calm.

What’s included?

A pre-session Clarity Questionnaire. 8 questions to help you get clarity on where the session will be most useful and so I can see exactly where we need to focus.

A detailed follow up. After the session you’ll get a follow up email with all the key info in from our conversation, as well as and an outline of the action points. I’ll also include further resources that will be helpful.

90 mins of 1:1 online coaching. Talking + practical action. What’s the challenge and what do you need to do to move past it. Leave with a clear plan in place.

A month of post-session support via email to help you implement what we talked about. You’re not on your own with this, I’m still here to help!

  • Get ready for that powerful shift. You’ll receive an email in advance of the 90-min intensive with 8 questions to help you prepare for it.
  • Follow up. After the session I’ll send you a summary of your action points and the key insights/steps/timelines we talked about. Plus some additional ideas for future progress.
  • Staying on track. Reach out any time in the month after the session for support, accountability, answers or further help. A month after our session you have the option of a progress check-in to keep you accountable to the actions from the session.

How is the session delivered?

It’s a single 90 minute online coaching session. Once you’ve bought a 90-minute Intensive Session we’ll book in a time and date that works for you.

When can I book a 90-min Intensive session for?

I offer these sessions Monday to Friday, 7am – 8pm.

How does it work in 90 minutes?

You’ll get a short prep doc to look at before the session so that we hit the ground running. The outcomes of the session are up to you – we can either focus on one specific area or work through goals, clarity, drive and habits so that you have a clear plan by the end.

Is there a follow up?

After the session you’ll get a single page worksheet from me with some coaching questions to answer, as well as resources you can explore under your own steam – plus a 15% discount on a block of 6 coaching sessions if that feels like the right next move.
