Ignite sessions give you 90 minutes of intensive coaching to refocus, unblock and create a comprehensive plan or approach for the rest of 2023. This is what we cover:
- GOALS. Not entirely sure what you want to do? Not sure if it’s even achievable? Whether it’s setting new goals or refining and reviewing existing aims we’ll create a structure you can actually use.
- CLARITY. What does the path to what you want look like? What are your challenges? We’ll make a clear plan, look at how you can shift your perspective and what needs to change to get you there.
- DRIVE. Why haven’t you got where you want to go before now? We’ll explore blocks, as well as motivation tools and strategies – and how resilience can help.
- HABITS. What actions can you do every day to support your goal? We’ll unpick unhelpful habits, embed the right ones so that you feel more resilient and energised, as well as the mindset you need to make them stick.

Why Book A Session?
You just never quite get there with the things you want (or need) and it’s time for that to change.
It would be helpful to pause and get clear on where you’re going – and how you’re going to get there.

- MOMENTUM TO MOVE PAST OBSTACLES. More resilience also means getting unstuck and finally moving on from obstacles – and from holding yourself back. Sometimes, one energising experience is all you need to get started.
- THAT PUSH YOU NEEDED. Change takes the courage to start and the consistency to keep going – if you find that hard, this session will help.

How is the session delivered?
It’s a single 90 minute online coaching session. Once you’ve bought an Ignite Session we’ll book in a time and date that works for you.
When can I do an ignite session?
At any time. This is a tool to refresh your perspective and renew your motivation and drive. I offer these sessions Monday to Friday, 9am – 8pm.
How does it work in 90 minutes?
You’ll get a short prep doc to look at before the session so that we hit the ground running. The outcomes of the session are up to you – we can either focus on one specific area or work through goals, clarity, drive and habits so that you have a clear plan by the end.
Is there a follow up?
After the session you’ll get a single page worksheet from me with some coaching questions to answer, as well as resources you can explore under your own steam – plus a 15% discount on a block of 6 coaching sessions if that feels like the right next move.
