    A 4-week online process that includes:

    • 1 x 1hr Webinar on 29th October at 8pm (replay will be available). What you need to know about fear, shame and self-doubt that will change how you view them and understand why (and how) they can be minimised in your life. The information download. The starting point. 
    • Post-session email questionnaire to help you identify your Finding Freedom goal and what you most need to focus on through the month.
    • 2 voice notes each week accessed via the WhatsApp group (8 total). Practical audio insights, a little inspiration, encouragement, plus what you can do that week to make tangible changes stick.
    • Ask me questions via WhatsApp at any time.
    • The option of a discounted 1:1 session to finish.
