So many other forms of coaching, therapy, self-development etc focus on just one part of what you need to create change. And that’s why they don’t work.

  • You can’t just change your mindset because the nervous system is just as responsible for anxiety and overwhelm (and confidence and courage too).
  • You can’t only focus on what happened in the past, you’ve got to look at how to move past it in the present too.
  • You can’t hope to shift self-doubt or people pleasing without knowing, and owning, who you really are.

In Change Your Mindset we cover everything. We tie together all the work you’ve already done with what is missing.

After coaching 1000s of people to change their mindset, I know that this is what makes change happen:
Week 1 (13th October) – Making The Unconscious, Conscious. We’re breaking behaviour patterns, ending exhausting repeated mistakes and creating the ability to make intentional choices by making the unconscious, conscious. Until you turn and look at the unacknowledged fears, core beliefs, negative self perception and past experiences that keep you stuck they silently tie you to your past. We start Change Your Mindset in self-loving clarity, shedding light on these hidden ties – and cutting them. So that boundaries, authenticity and letting that sh*t go can enter the chat.
 
Week 2 (20th October) – Creating Safety in Your Body. From how you deal with stress, to whether you can market your business without the ick and having the power to reduce the impact of anxiety, your nervous system is the key. Few other mindset courses include this (hugely important) element and that’s why they don’t work – and changes don’t stick. In Week 2 you will learn how to work with fight/flight/freeze. Not just to feel calmer (=safe) but so you can use it to defeat entrenched anxiety, overreaction, overwhelm and create the foundations for motivation, emotional control and feeling GOOD.
 
Week 3 (27th October) – Changing the Habits of Your Mind. Your current reality is almost entirely defined by your habitual thoughts – and for many of us that’s often a lot of fearful narratives, negativity, self-criticism, shame, guilt and self-doubt. In Week 3 you’ll begin to create something new – positivity, resilience, self-compassion, motivation, discipline, self-belief. Because all of these are built on habitual thinking. And your inner critic? Muted. No matter how loud it is right now.
 
Week 4 (3rd November)- Your Rise. In Week 4 we’re stepping into your new reality, building your confidence and centring you as the authority in your life. Say goodbye to seeking external validation, struggling with decisions and not being yourself. And hello to intuition-led confidence, ease with choices and knowing, and being, your authentic self.

FAQs

Do I have to do the coaching weekly? No, you’ll get 4 sessions as part of this course and you don’t have to do them in each of the 4 weeks. I understand that life is busy and so there is flexibility – you just need to make sure all your sessions are booked before the end of the year. The video drops will happen every Monday at 6pm but will be available until 31st December.
 
What’s actually in the videos? It’s me talking to you, sharing what I think you need to know to have that perspective shift on what we’re talking about. This kind of intensive learning really works. Then I’ll share tools you can use to put that perspective shift into action. And then we’ll tailor it to your challenges in the 1:1 session.
 
I don’t know if I’ll be motivated enough to get through the workbook on my own. Don’t worry you don’t have to! The workbook is just designed to provide structure and has the insights and tools from the videos so you have a reference point for them and don’t have to take notes. It’s short and sweet rather than a ton of reading.
 
Can you really change anything in 4 weeks? You can change everything in 4 weeks. We’re using a process called identity-based change (using your sense of self to change things) which is much faster than process-based change (trying to change your habits one by one). Most people feel like a lightbulb has come on after just one week.
