It’s different for everyone because we all come at this with a unique combination of life experiences, what we were taught in childhood and what we believe about ourselves and the world. But your resilience coaching tools could include:

This is a programme that is tailored to you. It could be about recovery, rebuilding, healing or re-finding yourself. Or it might be about change and new ways of doing and being that give you a way to transform your life.
