I want to tell you about the 5 components of resilience coaching – these make up the resilience model that I’ve developed in my years as a coach. This is where the transformations come from.

My resilience model
Emotional regulation
Creating ease with your emotions, responding not reacting, reducing overwhelm, moving away from avoiding or suppressing emotions. Imagine feeling more in control, less at the mercy of life and more deeply connected to you.
Nervous system flexibility
Fight/flight/freeze literally sucks the blood away from the parts of the brain we need for rational thinking, getting perspective on a situation and making plans. It is life changing for resilience – and so much more – to be able to bring yourself out of this and back to a place of calm. As a result you can think clearly and take action again.
Optimistic, confident mindset + effective habits
Bye bye inner critic, imposter syndrome, negativity, self-doubt, procrastination, shame and perfectionism. Hello confidence, action, optimism and feeling in control of your behaviours and thoughts. You might be reading this thinking “yeah right” but it IS possible. Whatever your starting point. Give me 2 months..
Unwinding the impact of your past
Cut the ties to the things that no longer serve you and learn to let go. We are all anchored in some way to the things in the past that hurt and scared us – until we learn how to free ourselves and move on.
Authenticity
Ground yourself in your life by getting clarity on you – who you really are, what matters to you, where you want to go next and how you want to show up in the world. We will explore your values, purpose, passions, strengths and identity. If you can’t answer the question “who are you” without any of the roles you play in life (parent, partner, job title etc) then you’re missing out on a big energising force of self-belief that we can develop together.
