We made it! We’re here! Even if you’re dragging yourself over the finish line of this Christmas in all the ways you didn’t want to I still want you to give yourself a great big pat on the back and look for the things you HAVE managed and not the things you haven’t.
Hopefully you’ve got some time off now to relax and reflect a bit. And, with that in mind, I’ve got a little podcast series for you that’s coming out between Christmas and New Year. It’s called New Year, More Supported You and it’s little bite sized 20 min episodes on things that I feel like you might find useful. It’s info and data driven but also a fun chat because who wants seriousness when you’ve got a chocolate orange to get through for breakfast.
