This is the option for a wider team looking for a higher level introduction to using resilience to build healthy high performance and give individuals tools to better manage every day working lives and pressures. This is presentation-style training for up to 20 people (it’s still interactive) and can be delivered online or in-person.

  • Developing a shared understanding of headline ideas around resilience – and how to have more of it.
  • Evidence-backed toolkit for challenges like high stress, low self-esteem, lack of motivation and managing the impact of mental health on physical health. 
  • Outcomes include improved team wellbeing, effectiveness and performance.

1:1 Resilience Coaching

Some challenges require individual attention and 1:1 coaching is the ideal support here. This might be a follow up to a workshop or training session – or to help individuals find new perspectives and practical tools for handling specific challenges.

  • 6-9 Sessions, online or in-person.
  • Designed to support individuals with work-related challenges and general resilience and wellbeing.
