My client turned apathy into excitement, even though nothing in her external world changed.

Let me explain.

When Caroline came to me she was bored – and unchallenged – at work.

At the same time, when she was asked to do anything new, she panicked and felt huge anxiety.

Every time she looked at her current life it seemed so disappointing and depressing. But if she tried to take action her fear felt like a solid wall.

She was properly trapped.

Until she came to me for some resilience coaching.

We worked together to create coping mechanisms to ride out (and ultimately prevent) the anxoious moments. So that, instead of anxiety, she felt excited and capable – and could start looking at her situation through a new lens.

This shift in perspective made her see her options very differently – she actually saw options! Which then resulted in the action she had been trying (and failing) to take for so long.

But how did she turn apathy into excitement? Well as she said “nothing actually changed  in my external world but because of the shift in how I feel inside, everything is so much better.”

Anyone can create the kind of resilience that delivers real motivation and turns apathy into excitement and action. With Caroline it took just 6 weekly sessions.

If that sounds like your dream scenario too, let’s chat. Book a free intro call to find out more.
