You can forget breathwork and cold dips because orgasms are some of the best medicine for your nervous system.
Orgasms release oxytocin, calm the nervous system and reduce cortisol.
They are one of your body’s built-in ways to shift out of stress.
A hill I will die on as a resilience coach is that nervous system regulation isn’t about being constantly calm – and regulation tools aren’t limited to breathwork or cold dips. Your daily O is super effective – and way more fun than box breathing..😉.
The low effort approach to nervous system regulation is the one you can win with
If there’s one thing I’ve learned as a coach, it’s how much harder we make things by following generic advice. Especially when it comes to “nervous system regulation” because most of what’s out there treats it like a technique. Breathe like this, do that and calm down.
But regulation isn’t a trick. It’s how you respond to your life – it’s whether you can handle pressure without spiralling.
Whether anxiety dominates your perspective.
Whether you procrastinate or move.
Whether you let yourself feel joy or keep it contained.
It’s the difference between existing and actually living.
Most of us don’t get shown how to use it properly – or how to proactively change our own mindsets. But that’s exactly what my course – Change Your Mindset – does.
Change Your Mindset – a mindset and nervous system course, starts 14th April
- A 6-week mindset plan: Review, Reset, Reframe, Strengthen, Shift, Thrive. How your patterns were formed, how change happens, how to follow through on it.
- 3 x Webinars on Confidence, Positivity and the Nervous System.
- 2 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions with me where we lock the changes in. Applying it to your life so it doesn’t stay theoretical.
These are real tools from my six years of coaching and teaching, delivered in a creative, hands-on way that sparks progress and makes the changes you’ve always wanted actually achievable.
We focus on why your mind and body behave the way they do – and how to shift that at a level where it actually sticks. For good.
It’s the low-effort approach to thriving: simple, practical, and completely doable. No generic tips, no abstract “just breathe” nonsense – just the strategies that build real, lasting confidence, clarity, and momentum.
Doors close for Change Your Mindset on Monday 13th April – grab your spot now or find out more.
