So let me remind you.
- The probability of you existing as you is 1 in 102,685,000. That’s basically zero. So you’ve beaten the odds just by being here.
- 9.5% of your body is hydrogen (formed in the Big Bang), so part of you is actual stardust.
- Information travels along your nerves at 400kmph.
- Your teeth are as strong as a shark’s.
- Your mind is more powerful than any computer on the planet.
So, remind me, why are you not your own biggest fan?
Ah yes, because someone gave you bad data about self-worth. Or you’ve been rejected, hurt, betrayed or (probably right now) you’re having a roast potato hangover.
There is so much in life that can make us forget how incredible we actually are – and what a minor miracle it is that we’re here, in this exact format, at all.
Resilience isn’t just about survival
Being more resilient ensures that you don’t forget it.
That’s because resilience is not just about surviving tough times – it also powers relentless self-belief and love that allow us to be our own champion/BFF/biggest fan.
Doing something you’ve never done before? Taking a risk that might not work out? Trying to embrace more vulnerability? Work on your resilience first and all this is simpler.
It’s the key to falling in love. With you – with your flaws and broken bits, with everything you are and have been. And with everything you’ve still got left to discover.
How good would it be to feel like that? Not at some future point when you’re better/richer/thinner/perfect. But right now. Ok, well you know what to do 👋.
You really are incredible and I think it’s time you admitted it. And (*gasp) maybe even enjoyed it.
Helping you to champion ALL of you, so that you can become your zero-f*cks-given self, is what I do best. If you’re ready to take that leap, let’s chat 👇.
