Resilience touches every area of our lives. It’s how we deal with stress and pressure, what our response is to hard times and how we recover from them. But it’s also there in how we approach relationships, success, teamwork, life goals and money, whether we choose a career path that is aligned with who we are, how assertive we are, how in control of our emotions we are and how confidently we make decisions. Resilient thinking is smart and cuts through the negative, self-critical narratives that slow us down. It makes life easier, allows us to be productive, motivated, compassionate and connected – and, most importantly, our authentic selves.
Who my resilience coaching clients are
Because we all need resilience – and many of us don’t have enough of it – resilience coaching helps everyone. From people keen to improve management style to someone going through a hard time at work and looking to deal with this differently. Resilience gives us courage and momentum to reach goals, handle transitions and take risks. You could be feeling burned out right now, looking to be more confident or just to find practical ways to juggle your workload – or life – more effectively – with all of these resilience coaching can help.
Who really benefits from resilience coaching
Clients who really benefit from resilience coaching tend to struggle with Anxiety. Self-doubt. Low self-esteem. A strong inner critic. Being a sensitive person. Not being assertive or falling into the trap of people pleasing. It’s also transformational for anyone regularly falling into physical exhaustion and burnout. Regularly feeling overwhelmed. Struggling with motivation. And feelings of running out of time. And it can be a game changer when it comes to stopping self-sabotage. And overcoming fear of failure and limiting beliefs.
What I’m passionate about as a resilience coach
What I’m passionate about. Giving people simple tools for change. This isn’t rocket science – anyone can do achieve transformations that might have once felt impossible. How resilient we are is based on what we think and what we do. There are so many ways to improve outcomes and every day experience by making a few simple shifts to perspective, thoughts and actions. I believe passionately that we are all capable of the things we want for ourselves – and the only thing ever standing in the way is not having found the right approach, the right tools or the right perspective yet. And that’s why I’m here.
Resilience coaching will help you…
…to find a calm confidence that you can handle whatever happens to you in life. You’ll have a clear sense of purpose, of who you are and where you’re going. Feel well equipped to cope with stress, to take big, uncomfortable leaps towards professional and personal goals and to be able to support yourself and function effectively in even the hardest moments. You’ll also stop waiting for things to be perfect, to feel confident, or to feel less anxious – and become someone who takes action now.
My resilience coaching sessions are a combination of holding space for you to share, asking the kind of questions that will help you see things in a new light and offering simple, practical tools and strategies that give you the power to make real changes in your life. And to have a calmer and more consistent emotional experience while you’re doing it.
I’ve coached a range of professionals, from nurse practitioners in the NHS to CEOs in the corporate space, as well as creatives, entrepreneurs and leaders across all sectors. As well as coaching I lead workshops on every aspect of resilience, from coping better with stress and improving mental health to living with authenticity and finding confidence and purpose.
I am passionate about what I do and how it can change lives. There are few of life’s challenges that more resilience won’t help you to overcome. And I’m looking forward to showing you how. Book a free intro call to find out more.
