Performance ✔️ Motivation ✔️ Engagement ✔️ Loyalty ✔️ Innovation ✔️ Collaboration ✔️ Management ✔️. These are just some of the areas of corporate life that can be improved with resilience training.

Resilience is not what you think it is..

Resilience is not just the ability to withstand the tough times but also what enables us to adapt and be flexible, to have the headspace for creativity and great ideas.

It’s also the skillset that gives us emotional regulation – so that we don’t take things out on the people around us – and means we can break away from unhealthy habitual behaviours rooted in the past, whether that’s trying to micro manage and control people or just not being very good at communication. It improves team dynamics significantly and helps to increase retention rates too.

Could your team benefit from resilience training?

For most organisations the answer to this is a firm yes. Teams change constantly, as do economic environments, and resilience training is the chance to learn the skills to adapt and be flexible to what is happening. It provides individuals with tools to find their way to a more positive, healthier and more productive place – and brings teams together through shared experiences and understanding.

Some of the areas resilience training can focus on:

  • Motivation, reducing procrastination, increasing productivity through smart strategies and mindset work.
  • Stress resilience – improving coping mechanisms, changing unhelpful narratives, adjusting to a growth mindset, ways to deal differently with pressure.
  • Burnout – individual and organisational ways to avoid it, as well as step-by-step recovery from burnout.
  • The bounce back AND the spring forward elements of resilience – tools and strategies for coping differently as well as the mindset and habits work that will change what comes next.
  • Confidence building, self-belief, self-esteem and overcoming self-doubt.
  • Management, leadership style and individual challenges.

I’ve been doing resilience training for a while now – there’s more info here on what I offer – and I know that every business is different. Resilience training is always modular, creating the right program of workshops, 1:1s, learning sessions and online courses that will give your team what they need most in a way that doesn’t add to stress and pressure. If you’re keen to find ways to improve team or individual behaviours and performance then resilience training in 2025 is an incredible tool. Let’s have a chat (book a free intro call) and I can explain how it could work for your team.
