The confidence and belief you have in yourself (authenticity).
That is my resilience model
Based on the things you can do to help yourself that aren’t going to add to anxiety or overwhelm is how I structure my coaching. It’s what you’ll change through resilience coaching so that you can go from not coping to dealing with things – and feeling good doing it.

So, we’ll look at whatever combination of mindset, habits, nervous system, authenticity, emotional regulation and unwinding the impact of your past that you need.
